Baked an apple crumble the other night with Min. It turned out alright, although I should cook the apples a little longer....and perhaps switch all Granny Smiths to Golden Delicious the next time round! LOL.

On a side-note, it looked pretty good on camera with vanilla ice-cream and fresh strawberries, no? =P
